Video Sessions
You can receive therapy in the comfort of your own home. We provide individual therapy sessions offered through our secure video platform to anyone in the state of Alabama.

You will have access to a private client portal where all of your documents, homework, etc can be accessed.

Individual Counseling- Private Pay
Designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.

Couples Counseling
We are both trained in Gottman Method couple's therapy (Levels 1, 2, and 3 + addiction/affairs/PTSD and substance abuse trained).
60 mins | $150 (Insurance does not typically cover couple's counseling)

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama
We are in network providers for Blue Cross of Alabama. We will file claims directly to BCBS as a courtesy to you. However, it is your responsibility to provide us with up-to-date information, including any changes in your policy while you are working with us.

Optum
This is for veterans who are registered for care at the VA who would like to use Community Care to pay for our services.

All required payments (co-insurance, deductible or full out of pocket fee) for services are due at the time service is rendered.
